I grew up in Philadelphia and I love this city. Throughout the years I have lived all over in many of the fantastic neighborhoods. I have seen Philadelphia transform so much over the years and I couldn’t be more excited about its future. Currently I reside in Fishtown with my wife & son. I decided to become a Realtor because I genuinely enjoy helping people. Real estate is more than just a job to me, it’s my full-time career. I can help build communities and create long-lasting relationships with not only my clients, but also those who already live within these neighborhoods. I have been buying and selling homes and renovating properties in Philadelphia for more than 20 years. With the support of my loyal clients and hard work and determination, my business has grown. The result is the The Dominic Fuscia Team. My team of full-time agents and assistants, who I have spent time closely training, share my values and work ethic and always put the client’s needs first. So whether you are buying or selling your first home or purchasing an investment property to build equity, we will help you achieve your goal because “our goal is to help you reach yours.”

Amy Reese | Transaction Coordinator

Amy Reese - Dominic Fuscia Team Real Estateareese@cbpref.com | 267.238.3506

Amy was born and raised outside of Philadelphia in Ardmore, PA and graduated with a BFA from Moore College of Art and Design. As her mother was a real estate agent for over 30 years, it’s only fitting that Amy should follow her footsteps into the same industry.  Owning two businesses over the last 15 years has allowed her to develop strong business and management skills, which she utilizes in assisting each client through their transaction. Her artistic side allows her to creatively solve problems and keep things fresh.

Amy also oversees the daily operations of the team and helps keep spirits high with her outgoing personality. After moving from Ardmore, she recently settled in South Philly. For this lover of all things food-related, living just off Passyunk Avenue has been a dream!
